騏鼎科技企業有限公司於2025年由融振金屬集團創立,並隨著國際化布局在泰國設立新工廠。
騏鼎科技不僅延伸了集團的製造能力,更成為一個戰略樞紐,致力於為東南亞及全球客戶提供高效率與高品質的金屬零組件。我們的服務包含沖壓模具製作、沖壓零件生產、精密車削零件加工,以及自動化量產。
沖壓零件生產採用沖床設備,搭配日本線切割技術製作的模具。我們能加工多種金屬材料,包括冷軋鋼、鍍鋅鋼、不鏽鋼、鋁與黃銅。
此外,我們也提供鈑金零組件製造,並能高效且便利地進行各類產品的量產,例如伺服器機架、伺服器、金屬外殼及機械零組件。生產過程整合 Amada 雷射切割機、Amada NCT 沖床以及 Amada 折彎機。
車削零件則使用日本進口的 Tsugami CNC 車床設備,包括 CNC 走刀型車床與 CNC 走心式車床,可加工直徑最大達 60mm 的零件。

About
Jidin Technology Co., Ltd founded in 2025 by RongJhen Metal Group expanded internationally with the establishment of Jidin Technology, a new factory located in Thailand.
Jidin Technology extends the group's manufacturing capabilities and serves as a strategic hub for delivering efficient, high-quality metal components to global customers across Southeast Asia and beyond. Offers services such as stamping tooling production, stamping parts manufacturing, precision lathe parts machining, and automated mass production.
Stamping parts are produced using punch press machines and tooling made with Japanese wire-EDM technology. We work with various metal materials including cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass.
We also provide sheet metal component manufacturing and offer efficient, convenient mass production services for products such as server racks, servers, metal cases, and mechanical components.
Our production process integrates Amada laser cutting, Amada NCT
punching, and Amada bending machines.
Lathe parts are produced using imported Tsugami CNC machines from Japan, including CNC Swiss-type and CNC sliding head lathe machines, capable of handling diameters up to 60mm.
Our comprehensive services include design, production, precision measurement for quality inspection, packaging, shipping, and after sales service.
